The digital transformation presents Swiss companies with many new challenges and at the same time offers additional opportunities. In our project, we collect data from Swiss companies and their employees in the so-called “Swiss Employer Panel”. Based on this data, we identify suitable adaption strategies that Swiss companies can adopt in the areas of personnel recruitment, talent management and work organization in order to successfully master the digital transformation.
